RETURNS
- If you’re based in the EU, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery, no explanation needed.
- Customers outside the EU may also request a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.
- If you want to return an item, you must notify us by email within those 14 days. After that, you have another 14 days to send the item(s) back.
Return conditions
We can only accept a return if items are:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed (items may be tried on for fit, but must not be worn or used).
- In original condition, with all tags attached
- Returned in original or similar protective packaging.
Returns and shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- When returning an item, you must use a tracked shipping method.
- We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Customs duties and import taxes (for non-EU orders) are non-refundable.
How to start a return
Email us at hello@grazzy.store indicating your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. We’ll send you the return address and inform you about the next steps. Once your return arrives and is inspected, we’ll email you.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different size or item, return your order for a refund and place a new order.
REFUNDS
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the return.
- Banks and payment providers may take additional time to process the refund.
- For EU returns, the original standard shipping cost will be refunded, as required by law.
Refund conditions
Customers are eligible for a refund when:
- Items arrive faulty or damaged
- The wrong item was delivered
- The order was not received

Email us at hello@grazzy.store indicating your order number and the item(s) you’d like a refund for. We’ll indicate the next steps. Once your return arrives and is inspected, we’ll email you.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or the order you receive is incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, including photos. We’ll take care of it.
