What happens when I place an order?

When you place an order, we prepare it for shipping, which takes us 1-5 working days. As soon as the item is shipped out, you'll get an e-mail with a track & trace so you can follow your order. Didn't receive an e-mail? Please contact us.

How long does shipping take?

Why did I get two packages?

To be able to work with some exclusive items, we work with different production partners. That’s why sometimes, if you order two different items (like a tee and a cap) they may arrive in separate packages. We are working on improving our shipping process, please bear with us! :)
