Orders are processed during working days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays), and are shipped within 3-5 working days.

Every order is sent via a tracking method. The shipping courier is DHL.

Shipping costs are based on the weight of the package, the shipping method, and the destination country. The starting costs per region are:
- Europe: €3.95
- Rest of the world: € 4.95
